If there's one thing i took away from the exams, it has got to be alliteration :D
Anyway, I'm here to post the posts people have for the page we're designing for Miss Kon's farewell gift!

TASK: will have to discuss with the WRITERS because designs+writings must be of the same theme yeah? so hopefully you guys can start ASAP and finish by latest Friday night/Saturday morning. I don't think you guys should meet up to do this, so just draw what you have to and scan in and send to Roxanne, or arrange something yourselves ya? save yourselves the hassle of meeting up (unless you are already planning to) and just compile everyone's work. Maybe have a MASS MSN CONVO between the designers & writers!

TASK: same thing as designers; so i guess after W&Ds discuss and compile their work by MADDY and ROXANNE then send both the writings & drawings to Sophia/Placida by Saturday for them to compile EVERYTHING!:)
IT

TASK: by saturday you should get everything from the writers/designers so you can compile and format everything into an A5 sized page. Sophia then sends the file (ppt post probably right?) to the editors, who will then edit (shouldn't take more than a day!) and send back to Sophia. Mrs Gan says that the IT group then prints out the A5 piece of paper and save the file onto a CD to bring to school on Tuesday 16 Oct! Hopefully you'll have the ink and everything to save & print Sophia :)

TASK: basically, nothing. moral support! HAHA well, i suppose if the designers/writers want to meet up, then you arrange for them or something. Like Grace said, Grace is in charge of Clare:D haha, go figure out something to do guys. seriously.

TIMELINE--
Today till Friday Night-> Writers & Designers discuss, compile their work, send to IT people
Saturday till Sunday-> IT people compile writings and designs, send to Editors before saving onto disc!
Sunday till Monday-> Editors send back to IT people when done, and Sophia print/save work!
YAY! haha, i hope it goes well. EVERYBODY MUST READ THIS, or at least the leaders.
note to people i/c: please rally your group asap by whatever means! discuss by msn/phone/sms/face to face ANYTHING.
