Hello 2T :D

The Latest Updates,
Deb, please send me the list of who to potluck really soon. It was due like, yesterday.

Things Booked:
The Function Room is booked
BBQ Pit 3 is booked
The necessary places for the Treasure Hunt are booked

There will be NO lunch provided. Only finger food (Potlucking)

Everyone should come at 1 (So that you'll be in time for the Treasure Hunt) and everyone should leave latest at 5 (Because the Function Room will be taken away by then).

Reminder to self: I must pass the cheque by TODAY.

To answer Anna's question,
Deb's supposed to appoint people to bring certain foods. We are not sure who, but I think Roxanne is supposed to bring nuggets or something along those lines. Not everyone must bring, but everyone is required to bring $2 for the class fund (For pizza/KFC, & other props in the Treasure Hunt).

Extra Notice,
Manda's not in the Food Comm anymore.

Can Beatrice be in the Food Comm? And Bea will you PLEASE bake us a cheesecake :D

Overall, what we are supposed to do:
+ Appointed people (by Deb) have to bring certain food
+ Everyone must bring $2 (Contribute to class fund for food)
+ Everyone must tell Amanda if you can make it to the class party by today, 2nd Nov
+ Everyone should bring extra change of clothings
+ Everyone should NOT wear heels/skirts/things that are difficult to run about in
+ You are encouraged to bring your swimming costumes

Tasks for the Comm members:
+ Manda should compile all the names and who's to go by tomorrow, 3rd Nov
+ Deb should give me the list of what's happening for the Food stuff (The Potlucking, etc) by today, 2nd Nov
+ Games Comm should get their clues/props done by 5th Nov
+ Comm members (Especially those in Food and Games) should come earlier on the 8th to get the things ready (Probably to Sherri's house, because my cousins & people will be over at mine, so my Mom doesn't want overcrowding).

Please co-operate and let's get this class party going! :D
